"Needed a new boiler to replace the previous one that had a major problem. Arranged a date and time with Jamie to come and replace it and worked around my work hours. Turned up on time which was a relief as booked a day of work, new boiler installed and also mended our heating system whilst here as not all our radiators were working properly, apparently something about the direction of flow of water around the system. We’ve had another folk out to look but never fixed properly. 5 stars from me."

It’s a complex system but he’s been reliable and helpful in trying to resolve the issue and often coming at a moment's notice.
